Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Qualification:

Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels (online, social media, networking, etc.). Contacting potential customers via phone, email, or other methods to qualify leads and assess their interest.

Database Management:

Developing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Communication & Outreach:

Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, introduce products or services, and nurture leads.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Analyzing and reporting on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Support:

Providing support to the sales team by providing pipeline updates, attending sales meetings, and assisting with lead handoffs.

Product/Market Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on product information, industry trends, and market intelligence.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with potential customers and internal teams.

Sales & Marketing Acumen:

Understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Research & Analytical Skills:

Ability to research leads, analyze data, and identify opportunities.

Organization & Time Management:

Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing leads, and meeting deadlines.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking progress.

Adaptability & Responsiveness:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to feedback from sales and marketing teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)
