Database Management:
Developing and maintaining a database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Communication & Outreach:
Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, introduce products or services, and nurture leads.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Analyzing and reporting on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Support:
Providing support to the sales team by providing pipeline updates, attending sales meetings, and assisting with lead handoffs.
Product/Market Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on product information, industry trends, and market intelligence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with potential customers and internal teams.
Sales & Marketing Acumen:
Understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
