. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a

proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive

to support our business development efforts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, social media outreach, and other online channels. Your mission is to connect with potential clients, clearly communicate our value offerings, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls using various lead sources (online and offline). Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team. Deliver engaging pitches using prepared scripts to communicate services and pricing. Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Accurately document all interactions, calls, and lead details in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation. Background in

printing, signage, or advertising

is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Resilient and confident in handling objections and rejections. Experience in call centers or outbound sales roles preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Flexible working hours may be required.
