Tele Sales Executive

to strengthen our sales team.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our innovative display solutions. Proactively follow up on inquiries and leads from multiple channels to convert them into sales opportunities. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. Support sales efforts by qualifying leads, refining call scripts, and sharing customer insights to enhance engagement. Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and ensuring positive post-call experiences. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and participate in training sessions.
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in tele sales, telecalling, or customer service roles. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other languages is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in handling objections and turning rejections into opportunities. Highly organized with effective time management and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and a dependable team player.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
