Tele Sales Executive

to join our team and help drive client engagement and lead generation.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.

Your Role

As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients--introducing our solutions, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Follow-Up:

Nurture leads from various channels to move them through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule and confirm meetings for sales consultants with clear communication.

Sales Support:

Help refine call scripts, qualify prospects, and provide input to improve sales strategies.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights and align efforts.

What You Bring

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service. Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to handle objections. Organized, proactive, and able to manage time and follow-ups efficiently. A team player with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
