to join our team at Al Amal Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients via phone to inform them about our medical services, promotions, and appointment availability, and to help drive patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote medical services and offers.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding treatments, doctors, and packages.
Follow up with patients who missed appointments or expressed prior interest.
Schedule and confirm appointments in coordination with the reception team.
Maintain a daily call log and report outcomes to the supervisor.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships.
Update patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or call center, preferably in healthcare or clinic setting.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Customer-focused, confident, and persuasive.
Familiarity with CRM or clinic management software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
