The Telesales Executive for Home Health Care is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and converting them into customers. The role involves promoting home health care services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, warm calling, and following up on leads.
Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the benefits of our home health care services.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of home health care services to confidently address client inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with prospective clients regularly to nurture leads and close sales.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
