Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone to introduce
real estate properties and services

Approach property owners to list their properties
for sale or rent.
Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling, warm calling, and referrals
.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Maintain a strong database of leads and follow up regularly.
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
Negotiate deals with property owners and buyers
.
Stay updated with
market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in telesales, real estate sales, or property acquisition
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and work in a
target-driven environment
.
Basic knowledge of
CRM software and MS Office
.
A proactive and self-motivated approach.
Ability to research and identify potential property owners
.
Multilingual is Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
