Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads.
Present and promote real estate projects (residential and/or commercial) to generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead activity and progress.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to lead generation and appointments.
Build rapport with clients and provide a high standard of customer service.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of telesales experience
in the
real estate industry
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism on calls.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Available to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage.
