Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining property listings, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments. You will play a crucial role in building client relationships and driving company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective buyers or investors from provided leads and cold call lists. Promote real estate properties (residential or commercial) and explain their features, prices, and payment plans. Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options. Follow up with potential clients regularly to nurture leads and close sales. Qualify clients from cold calling data & marketing leads to generate meetings. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and call outcomes. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle client objections effectively and professionally. Stay up to date with market trends, new project launches, and competitors.

Requirements and Skills:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a sales-related field (real estate industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and tele calling software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
