Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell POS machines and payment solutions.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products and services.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Handle inquiries, objections, and rejections professionally and confidently.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (POS or financial services experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of card payment systems and merchant services is preferred.
Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus).
UAE experience or knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
