We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive / Tele caller to join our real estate brokerage team. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a drive for success. This role involves generating business through outbound calls and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to identify potential clients.

Respond to inquiries about our services and listings.

Build rapport and understand client needs for lead qualification.

Record interactions and lead details in our CRM system.

Keep updated on market trends and listings.

Meet and exceed targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

Excellent verbal communication over the phone.

Good listening skills to understand client needs.

Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to goals.

High school diploma required; additional sales/marketing training is a plus.

: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Education:

Diploma (Required)

Experience:

Telemarketing: 1-2 years (Required in Real estate)

Freshers are welcome to apply only if they have customer service or tele sales experience
