Tele sales Executive

to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating

high-quality leads

through cold calling, social media engagement, and other online channels. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients, effectively communicate the benefits of our services, and schedule appointments for our Business Development Executives. Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

using a variety of lead sources, both online and offline.

Qualify and generate leads

, ensuring appointments are scheduled for the Business Development team. Follow scripts to effectively communicate our services, pricing, and value propositions. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Build lasting relationships with prospects and demonstrate the value of our offerings. Log all calls, leads, and interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in

tele sales, cold calling, or lead generation

roles. Experience in the printing, advertising, or signage sectors is a plus. Target-driven with a focus on exceeding goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in outbound call environments or call centers preferred. Resilient, confident, and skilled at handling objections and rejections. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Flexibility in working hours as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) .

Education & Experience:

A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in tele sales or lead generation.
