We are a well-established company with over 18 years of expertise in providing Signage, Graphics, and Display Solutions, operating from our offices in both Dubai and Florida. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
As a Telesales Executive, your role will focus on generating qualified leads through cold calling, social media engagement, and online platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, educating them about our services, and scheduling appointments for our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls using both online and offline lead sources to generate leads.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
Use provided scripts to clearly communicate product details, pricing, and benefits.
Identify customer needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Build strong rapport with potential customers and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
Maintain up-to-date records of calls, leads, and interactions via CRM software.
Required Skills
:
Proven track record in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Prior experience in the printing, advertising, or signage industry is a plus.
Strong results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in outbound call centers or telesales environments is preferred.
Confident and resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Flexibility to adjust working hours when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
Education & Experience
:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or lead generation.
