Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Present, promote, and sell real estate properties over the phone.
Generate interest and schedule site visits with the sales team.
Maintain a database of prospects and follow up consistently.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and project details.
Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
