Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Telesales Representative

to join our team in the printer toner industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our range of printer toner products over the phone. This position requires a keen understanding of the toner market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through effective telephone sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Contact potential customers via phone and email to introduce our range of printer toner products. Identify prospects' needs by asking the right questions and qualifying leads. Work from both inbound leads and outbound cold calls to generate new sales opportunities. Build a pipeline of potential customers and follow up with them to close deals.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our full range of toner products, their benefits, and their compatibility with various printers and brands. Provide tailored advice to customers based on their specific needs (e.g., toner type, printer models, volume of use, etc.). Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.

Sales Presentation & Negotiation:

Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the value and cost savings of our toner products. Manage objections and guide prospects toward making an informed purchasing decision. Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines to close sales successfully.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and encourage repeat business. Address customer concerns promptly and offer solutions to any issues related to the products or orders.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly update the sales team and management on progress and pipeline status. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

After-Sales Support & Upselling:

Provide follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after purchase. Offer additional toner products, accessories, or services based on customer needs (upselling/cross-selling). Assist with reorders and manage client accounts to maximize revenue.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of telesales experience, required in the office supplies, printer, or toner industry.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Sales Skills:

Proven experience in achieving sales targets, handling objections, and closing sales.

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with printer models and toner products is highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn about new products.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage customer information accurately and ensure the correct product recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in tele sales or telemarketing within the office supplies, printer, or related industries is required. Familiarity with the printer toner market and its competitive landscape. Comfortable working with targets and handling a high volume of calls.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
