Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Follow up on leads from various sources (inbound inquiries, existing customers, or marketing campaigns).
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the system.
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide accurate product information, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Report daily and weekly on sales progress and activity.
Stay up to date with product offerings, promotions, and company updates.
