Tele Sales Executive

to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling & Lead Generation



Proactively call prospective clients to introduce our solutions Follow up on inquiries and marketing-generated leads

Client Interaction



Respond to incoming calls with product knowledge and professionalism Handle objections and answer queries with confidence

Appointment Setting



Schedule and confirm meetings for the field sales team Send appointment reminders and ensure follow-through

CRM & Data Management



Keep client records and communications updated in the CRM Track lead status and follow-up actions diligently

Sales Support



Qualify leads and coordinate with Business Development Executives Share feedback to improve scripts and outreach efforts

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups Ensure a positive post-consultation experience

Team Collaboration



Work closely with both sales and marketing teams Attend training sessions and contribute to team goals

Qualifications & Skills



High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus Minimum 1-2 years of experience in

telesales, telecalling, or customer service

Fluent in English

; knowledge of

Tagalog

is a plus Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills Experience using

CRM systems

and understanding of the sales process Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
