Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our immigration services ( work permit , Permanent Residency , visit visas etc.) through effective tele calling, lead generation, and closing sales. If you are a self-motivated, persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Effectively communicate product features and benefits. Adhere to sales scripts and tailor them to customer needs. Address customer objections and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to nurture them towards conversion. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Stay updated on industry trends and competition. Adhere to legal and ethical standards in telesales. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills
