GPG Global Real Estate is looking for a real estate experienced Tele Caller Specialist to coordinate with active buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate must be a responsible individual with a servant nature and great attention to detail. As an elite member in our team, you will negotiate and handle the contract process, with the support of transaction coordinators and hands on sales managers to support you. Responsibilities:

Identify customer preferences and forecast market trends

Receive a consistent flow of leads and show houses

Find and organize properties to show on a daily basis

Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our clients

Attend trainings to grow your skills and become an elite agent

Collaborate with other agents and be a part of our family like culture

Attend team meetings and trainings

Open to growth and more opportunity

Skills Required:

1 Year tele caller experience in Real Estate is must Outstanding communication abilities Excellent organizational skills Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating Up to speed with purchasing best practices Familiarity with market conditions
