Dubai Production City

, we're currently looking for a

motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive

to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong customer focus, excellent objection-handling skills, and prior experience in telesales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:



Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our range of products and services. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and incoming inquiries.

Client Interaction:



Handle inbound calls, offering clear and accurate information about our offerings. Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.

Appointment Setting:



Schedule meetings for potential clients with our consultants. Confirm appointments and send reminders to ensure attendance.

CRM & Record Management:



Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in the CRM system. Track lead progress, follow-ups, and customer engagement activity.

Sales Support:



Qualify leads and assist the sales team in securing appointments. Share valuable insights and feedback to improve calling scripts and conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build strong relationships through consistent, high-quality client interaction. Conduct post-consultation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage future engagement.

Team Collaboration:



Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance results. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions.

Qualifications:



High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous experience in

telesales, telecalling, or customer service

is essential. Fluent in

English

; additional languages like

Hindi

are an advantage. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills. Strong ability to handle objections and navigate sales conversations confidently. Familiar with

CRM systems

and the sales process. Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively. Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
