Key Responsibilities:

The Telesales Executives will work along with all departments of the company.

Call, identify and generate new leads of real estate opportunities.

Engage with potential clients.

Present, promote, and follow company's strategy for Lead Generation.

Achieve periodic listing targets.

Handle client comments, provide timely follow-up, and ensure high levels of client engagement.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting reputation to foster client relationships.

Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the management to meet collective goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in TeleSales Executive or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Results-oriented with a passion for being creative.

Familiarity with phone call ethics, phone skills and DNRC registry laws.

Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving goals.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
