Roles and Responsibilities
Outbound Calling to customers to inform about product.
Resolving issues related to product.
Guide customers through the product and help them understand about it.
Maintaining the politeness and professionalism in the most difficult clientele.
Made sure to provide the best customer support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be good at speaking English Hindi Telegu and Kannada will be added advantage.
Must have at least 1years of experience in Tele-sales. Experience in Telesales .
