We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales by reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about products/services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and potential customers through proactive follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
Handle objections and overcome challenges to close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in challenging situations.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Good time management and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus).
Fluency in English,
