Ardor Capital Real Estate LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and converting leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Ardor Capital's real estate services. Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and messages. Maintain a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, projects, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-driven role (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, etc.) are a plus. Previous experience in the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
