RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries in the form of WhatsApp, emails, phone calls and social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels to confirm sign ups, menus and payments
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
  • Communication complaints to necessary departments and maintaining.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Overseeing of quality control in all products leaving the kitchen.
  • Overseeing and assisting with delivery process and operations.
  • Label and sticker management as well as production maintenance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Database maintenance and update.
  • Income and expense control.
  • Marketing collateral control.
  • Daily customer menu, delivery location and instruction confirmation.
Requirements
  • Comfortable using computers. (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Excellent English - verbal and writing.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
  • telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
