Role Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Calling clients and understanding their requirements and needs
\xc2\xb7 Generating relevant leads by calling clients and directing them to the sales team
\xc2\xb7 Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and make suitable recommendations to the customers
\xc2\xb7 Entertain customer queries with patience to increase the lead count
\xc2\xb7 Address any concerns clients may have
\xc2\xb7 Generating meetings by calling on leads
\xc2\xb7 Offer solutions based on client needs
\xc2\xb7 Keep an updated customer base
\xc2\xb7 Continuously meet the monthly quota of calls and sales volume, as assigned Role Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a telesales executive
\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
