  • Basic understanding of banking products and services, including business loans and account opening procedures.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the target market is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards work and clients.
