Position: Telesales Executive (Female) Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our event management services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
- Sales Presentation:
- Present our event management solutions persuasively, highlighting the unique value propositions that set us apart.
- Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to contribute to overall team goals.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively for sales tracking and reporting.
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the events industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
