Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telesales and be able to manage making calls daily.
  • Calling prospective or prevailing clients.
  • Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer.
  • Probing customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
  • Support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company\'s properties and services
Requirements:
  • Experience in telesales calling and Experience in Dubai real estate industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the telesales and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
