Job Key Details:
- Present and promote company services through the phone
- Make calls to potential or existing clients to inform them about the services offered by the company
- Monitor potential prospective customers for the company
- Respond to clients\' enquiries and give accurate answers
- Maintain records of calls as well as sales information
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant should hold a Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
- At least 2+ years of related working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telesales skills required
- The jobholder must be computer literate
