The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote FIDU Properties\' real estate services and generate sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up activities.
Provide information to clients regarding available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid visa (freelance, spouse, parent) allowing employment in the specified location.
Immediate availability to start work.
Compensation:
Base salary of 4,000 AED plus attractive incentives based on performance.
