FIDU Properties is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate company, and we are seeking a talented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote FIDU Properties\' real estate services and generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up activities.
- Provide information to clients regarding available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid visa (freelance, spouse, parent) allowing employment in the specified location.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Base salary of 4,000 AED plus attractive incentives based on performance.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
