Job Summary: Looking for a Telesales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree/Diploma in a business related course
At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as telesales executive in a related position
Strong knowledge of relevant computer programs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Strong negotiation and sales skills required
Must be very comfortable presenting products or services over the phone
Ability to effectively solve issues
Experience in a telecom company will be advantageous
