Job Key Details:
- Promote and sell products over the telephone
- Monitor potential sales leads for the company
- Respond to customers\' enquiries and provide them with correct answers
- Provide excellent services to maintain a positive customer experience
- Ensure meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Monitor existing clients and maintain long-term business relationships
- Reply to incoming emails
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related course
- The applicant must have proven experience in telesales
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be goal-orientated and a self-starter
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Must be able multitask and manage time efficiently
- Good Ms Office skills
