Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Provide correct information about different properties.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Present and improve sales materials and current service knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- At least 1 year of experience in Tele sales or similar customer service or tele-caller role.
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must have a can-do attitude.
- Someone who can speak Hindi is a great advantage.
