Job Description
We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales / Phone sales experts for Fishing & generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels You will be responsible for educating customers about our products and services and generating sales lead. You must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and present solutions that meet their needs. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company\xe2\x80\x99s clientele. On job Training will be provided Compensation \xe2\x80\x93 Base Salary Plus Commission Skills : Proven experience as telemarketer/Phone Sales or similar sales role
- Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signs selling is preferred.
- Passionate about Sales and Target Achiever
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Call center experience \xe2\x80\x93outbound calling
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Outstanding Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
- Flexible in work timings
- Proficient in MS- Office \xe2\x80\x93 word, excel, and sales CRM softwares.
- Spanish Speaking - Preferred
- Cold Calling using various online and offline database or phone directories.
- Generating leads and setting up meetings / appointments for Business Development Executives
- Use scripts to provide information about product\xe2\x80\x99s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
- Persuade the customer by demonstrating how services meet their needs
- Maintain & Manage records of calls and sales related information using CRM or related software\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Telesales Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
- Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
