Job Description
We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Travel & Tourism Telesales executive to help us build our business activities. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Travel Agency.
- Only female candidate.
- Calling existing and potential customers to generate promising leads/appointments for company products and services.
- Have a general knowledge of UAE leisure activities
- Have strong hospitality and language skills
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly calling & leads targets.
- Selling our online B2B online portal & other in house products to corporate accounts and travel agencies (Nationally & Internationally).
- Excellent communication skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Telesales in travel industry: 2 years (Required)
