- Sales products to customers over the phone
- Respond to calls and resolve customer queries concerning products or the company at large
- Provide quality service through adhering to organization guidelines
- Follow policies as well as methodology and functional changes to maintain operations
- Respond to inquiries from the customers
- Ensure set targets are met
- The applicant must have at least 1+ years of relevant working experience
- Strong telesales skills required
