We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Tele Sales preferably with experience from Accounting and Auditing service, Banking or Insurance sectors. Responsibilities Contacting customers for selling of products or services through the telephone and set up appointments to Business Development team. To contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about the services. Able to reach the targeted number of calls every day. Generating leads from digital platforms. Cold callings and introduce the company and the services that we offer. Set up appointments to prospective clients. Make follow ups to the client once proposal is shared. Offer the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead. Contact potential clients in the UAE in order to increase sales opportunities. Initiate sales with customers over the phone. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers\' needs. Gathering and documenting customer information & payment methods. Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database. Meeting targets of scheduling minimum 2-3 meetings in a day. To maintain the database of all the interested customers. Go the extra mile to meet the target and facilitate future sales. Keep yourself up to date with the happenings in the industry. SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL QALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as tele sales representative. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
