Telesales Executive
Job Description
Telesales Representative duties and responsibilities Reach out to existing and potential customers to pitch the product. Learn details/ policies about our product. Address any questions or issues customers may have. Communicate with customers to understand their credit standings. Offer suggestions and pitch cards Keep an updated customer database Measure identified KPIs Always strive towards meeting target Track and document calls and sales from the data provided Telesales Representative requirements and qualifications 1-2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role in cards or personal loan. Proven record of met quota Hand on experience with sales. Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits Patient and friendly personality Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills Good negotiation skills High school diploma Graduation is a plus Freshers may also apply Location of Job: Dubai Salary - Attractive Salary + Commission Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
