We are looking for a female tele caller, pre-sales executives with experience. This profile will require you to speak on the phone with different clients. This role comes with some attractive incentives on top of the base salary. Job description You will be responsible for calling clients to inquire and addressing their needs. Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best Build rapport with clients and invite them for office visit You will also be coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed You will be responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivized accordingly. Required candidate profile Must have real estate knowledge about how the industry works Must have driven to grow and be pro-active about work. Someone with the ability to communicate with clients over the phone and convey information effectively to the client. Tele-sales experience a plus. Preferred candidates who have worked with real estate channel partner firms & building rapport over the phone Must be willing to travel to various site locations to meet clients if required Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to operate Excel, Word, Google sheets, etc Must have the ability to work autonomously Must have a strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to the company Good written and verbal communication in English is a must What we will provide you: Job type : Full time, permanent Real estate tele calling : 1 year (required) Location : Dubai Salary : AED 4,000 + commission/ bonus Visa : Resident visa + health insurance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
