• To contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about the new project launches
• Able to reach the targeted number of calls every day.
• Offer the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
• Contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities
• Initiate sales with customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• To arrange meetings with prospective clients
• Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
• Meeting sales quotas.
• To maintain the database of all the interested customers
• Go the "extra mile" to meet the target and facilitate future sales
• Keep yourself up to date with the happenings in Real Estate Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Requirements:

• Experience in customer service/ Call center
• Excellent use of MS Office.
• Excellent email & verbal Communication skills.
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
• Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
