Our award winning Brokerage Firm Homes 4 life Real Estate is looking for a well-spoken Telesales Representatives to be responsible for soliciting sales and over the telephone. The Telesales Representative responsibilities will include contacting potential customers, focus on customers' needs to close sales. :

• To contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities. Entering and updating client's details into the database and recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database.
• Present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead.
• To gather requirements from the clients for the valid enquiries.
• To communicate the enquiries and requirements to the designated advisor.
• To schedule meetings with the clients and representatives.
• Prepare weekly reports of tele calling.
• To liaise with line manager to ensure smooth operation on the basis of the client's feedback
• To put in the client's feedback to respective advisor.
• To schedule viewings and liaise with the respective advisor.
• To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators.
• To follow up on all the necessary documentation for sales/rentals and ensure information collected is accurate and up-to-date for entry in our CRM system.
• To maintain accurate property and client records and represent the company brand in a professional way.
• To respect and follow RERA, Ejari and Land Department rules as well as company procedures.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

• Experienced professionals with exceptional communication skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Multi-lingual proficiency is preferred
• Candidates should be assertive, ethical with a passion for sales and excellent customer service.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• With good knowledge of the retail leasing process and tenancy agreements.
