Ensure customers are provided timely responses to their inquiries and requests for information
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of product, pricing, and services
Provide appropriate feedback to others regarding any inefficiencies or areas for improvement
Ensure regular contact with the Sales Director and management team
Establish and maintain relationships with other departments (such as marketing and customer service)
Maintain professionalism with clients at all times
Continue to build customer relationships and stay abreast of customer preferences and needs
Understand customers' concerns, complaints, and problems and respond accordingly
Seek training as needed to advance job position
Perform other related duties as assign.
