Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
To achieve given daily and monthly targets;
To follow up with customers when necessary;
Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner;
Resolving sales issues quickly and efficiently;
Updating the database with all the customer's information.
Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Sales Manager
