• Cold calling on database.
• Contact potential property owners/landlords over the phone to list properties for advertising.
• Direct prospects or property listings to relevant property advisors.
• Ability to manage and convince clients.
• Manage large amounts of inbound & outbound calls.
• Build good relationships and represent the company.
• Keep records and reports of the database given.
• Able to reach the targeted number of calls every day.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Required Skills

• Good planning, organization, Listening and presentation capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in customer service/ call centre for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of the real estate industry.
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation to learn
• Smart & Energetic individual .
• Hardworking & multitasking capability.
• Strong languages skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years experience in call center / customer service.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Ability to talk multiple languages.
• Strong Communication skills.

Salary upto 2,000 aed based on the experience. Phone allowances will be provided by the company. Prefer Candidates who are on Husband's / Sponsors Visa.
