Telesales Executive

Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting potential and existing customers through outbound calling and initiating sales
- Answering customers' questions about the products
- Enter and update customer's information in the database
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Preferably female with experience in Telesales B2C selling Stationary or IT Products
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Must be determined to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
- Telesales Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
