Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker)
to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This hybrid role combines telesales, client engagement, and digital marketing with a strong focus on Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, passionate about sales, and skilled in creating compelling digital content that resonates with regional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to Arabic-speaking prospects to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals, and close sales confidently.
Maintain detailed CRM records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Technical Skills
Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter
SEO: On-page & Off-page Optimization, Keyword Research, Content Strategy
Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, YouTube Ads, Remarketing Campaigns
CMS Platforms: WordPress and other content management systems
Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools
Photography: Product, Lifestyle, and Interior Photography
Qualifications:
Minimum basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Digital Media concepts.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
