We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive with

strong communication skills

in Arabic and English to join our team. This role involves a blend of student coordination and customer service. As a key contact for our students, you will guide them throughout their learning journey, ensuring the best possible experience. A

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and promptly address student queries and issues, ensuring total satisfaction.
2. Oversee the entire student journey, from registration to course completion, while identifying areas for process improvements.
3. Drive sales by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of our training programs and matching them to the needs and goals of our students.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to reach and surpass sales' targets, providing insight into student preferences and requirements.
5. Aid in the development and implementation of sales strategies, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
6. Stay abreast of current and upcoming course offerings and market trends to accurately guide students and enhance sales' efforts.
7. Contribute to the planning and execution of strategies aimed at student retention and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or training environment, with a strong emphasis on sales.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form and maintain relationships with students and staff.
4. Robust sales' skills, with a track record of successfully upselling and cross-selling products or services.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
6. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
8. Familiarity with digital tools and online training platforms.
