Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Client Engagement
Make
200+ outbound calls daily
to buyers, tenants, landlords, and investors.
Handle inbound inquiries in a professional and confident manner.
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and budgets.
Book appointments, viewings, and call-backs for sales consultants.
Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in the CRM.
Lead Management & Coordination
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales or leasing agents.
Track lead progress and follow up with agents for updates.
Maintain clean and organized CRM records (Bitrix preferred).
Support the Operations team with daily and weekly lead reports.
Assist in improving lead-to-meeting and lead-to-deal ratios.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in
Telesales or Call Center Roles
.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
Comfortable with
high-volume calling and KPI-driven targets
Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix preferred).
Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask.
Fluent in English.
Positive attitude, resilience, and team-focused mindset.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
