We are an established accounting office in Ajman seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Representatives to help expand our client base and promote our exceptional accounting services. If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our accounting services. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Document and track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the accounting or finance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of accounting principles and services is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
